If at any time, for whatever reason, you no longer have your MyLifeID Pocket Cloud™ device, you can email support@mylifeid.com or call us and indicate the Card ID of the Pocket Cloud device lost.  Depending on your MyLifeID membership or support plan, we will immediately replace the device at no cost and you can Synchronize the information to reload it on the new Pocket Cloud. We will indicate a Burn on the old device for your protection. Only one device can be active for an account at a time so once we issue the replacement, the original will not be usable.
