To use sources where MyLifeID has integration:

1.       Login o your account at https://users.mylifeid.com
2.       Click the Integration button
3.       Select the source you want such as Medicare or OpenEmr.
4.       Enter your account information for that source
5.       Click Save

Once you have saved the information, MyLifeID will connect to the source system and pull your data. Please be aware that different systems allow different amounts of information to be accessed. Systems such as Medicare or OpenEMR are more comprehensive in the information MyLifeID can access as compared to others. However, even in those cases, there can be limits. For example, Medicare rarely stores data older than 4 years so even if you have been on Medicare longer, MyLifeID may not be able to acquire that older information via Medicare. See the support article on requesting your doctor’s records for options and download our Getting Started Guide for more details.
