How Does It Work?

Scan the QR code on your account card and type your credentials. Once in your account, you can choose to view your data, enter information or request your medical records through any of our integration partners. We also include an import/export option allowing you to exchange data with other health systems and technologies, so you don’t have to type it all yourself.
